No. Everything stays true. We remove details that invite bias, like graduation years and roles from 25 years ago, and put your recent results first. That's standard advice from recruiters.

Is age discrimination legal?
In the U.S., the Age Discrimination in Employment Act protects workers 40 and over. Bias still happens, often unconsciously, so a résumé that shows recent impact helps you get a fair look. This site offers résumé guidance, not legal advice.
